Team Lead
Talia is an immigration & refugee lawyer with experience in both Canadian and US jurisdictions. Talia has represented clients before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division, and Federal Court of Canada. Talia is passionate about access to justice and has created legal rights education for specialized community legal clinics. In 2023, she earned an LL.M. from York University, focusing her dissertation on immigration & refugee law decision-making processes. She speaks English, French, Arabic, and basic Spanish.

Mayank is an immigration lawyer who represents clients across a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including temporary and permanent residence applications, business immigration matters, appeals, and judicial review proceedings. He has experience preparing complex applications, drafting affidavits and memoranda, and advising clients on high-stakes immigration matters with care and clarity. Mayank earned his Canadian and American Dual J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Mandi is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with extensive experience handling temporary and permanent residence applications, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorships, work permits, visitor visas, study permits, humanitarian applications, and refusals. Mandi is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and supporting them through every stage of their immigration journey. Mandi has supervised and mentored immigration case managers and developed legal strategies while ensuring compliance with IRCC and CICC requirements. Mandi speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
